Molly Burke of Union County took 2nd place with $1500. Union County Clerk Joanne Rajoppi (COANJ Achievement Award Committee Chair) and Union County Surrogate Jim LaCorte and COANJ President & Ocean County Clerk Scott Colabella helped with the honors.
