James J. Florio, the 49th Governor of the State of NJ was the guest speaker at a recent COANJ Meeting. Governor Florio discussed his book, Standing on Principle, in a conversation with COANJ Secretary/Mercer County Clerk Paula Sollami Covello at the Conference Center on the campus of Mercer County Community College in West Windsor.
