I am happy and proud to be a member of this great organization! As COANJ members, and in our respective roles, we continue to do our very best as we serve our Counties, the State of New Jersey and each other. Being a part of COANJ brings us together as we discuss Legislative topics and State concerns; it’s an opportunity to share information with our fellow Clerks, Registers, Surrogates and Sheriffs as we continue to serve the citizens of New Jersey.
Our organization looks ahead and funds the future through our COANJ Scholarship program. This year, we awarded 4 scholarships to graduating high school seniors. With our scholarship program, we encourage our young recipients to follow their dreams of college and trade school.
We as Clerks, Surrogates, Registers, and Sheriffs, are committed to the utmost service to the constituents we all serve. We are also extremely grateful to the office personnel we lead for their hard work daily. I am looking forward to serving as your President for the 2026 term along with our Vice President Junior Maldonado, Secretary Dale Cross, Treasurer Claribel Cortes and the Section Chiefs.
