Elizabeth Muoio, Treasurer of the State of New Jersey, was the featured guest speaker at the May 13th COANJ Zoom Meeting. Treasurer Muoio discussed the NJ State budget and how it will impact County officials. Specifically, topics such as a new law establishing Early Voting in New Jersey this fall and the costs associated with implementing this by County officials was part of the remarks by the Treasurer. The Treasurer also discussed the COVID pandemic and the effect on the Budget as well.
